Danielle has been a licensed real estate agent in California and Nevada since 2003, working in the greater Los Angeles and Las Vegas areas. As a buyers agent for the Bitton Group, Danielle has years of experience assisting buyers in contract negotiations, making sure that her clients are educated with the buying process, and their best interests are always at the forefront of each real estate transaction. Beyond her formal college education (in Business Administration), she is highly detail oriented. Manuela has been with the Bitton Group for over 8 years and is the liaison between the agent, escrow company, mortgage company and most importantly the client during the process of your real estate sale or purchase. She is in charge of ensuring the smooth and efficient management of not only the file itself, but the steps necessary to close the sale, creating timelines for important dates such as deadlines for the loan, and inspection contingency removals. Every detail of the file in your transaction from the preliminary audit of the file, to the final broker review is handled by Manuela.
