The current Real Estate market is complicated.  Desirable properties are still holding their value, however, we are seeing a drop in prices in some local areas.  Mortgage rates are historically low but getting a loan today is more difficult than ever before. 

There are so many opinions and articles about the doom of our market, however, most of these are not directly effecting the Los Angeles Westside areas.  Speaking as someone who has their finger on the pulse, I am constantly on top of the fast changing trends of the current real estate landscape.
